2 PM meet in Mount Shasta City for welcome coffee & crystal shopping

4 PM meet at Hestia Magic, Weed, CA to settle in & creek cold plunge

6 PM communal potluck dinner

7 PM opening circle: Dream-weaving, deep listening and settling the body.

Thursday:

8 AM breakfast

9 AM morning circle: Easeful streaming in stargate energy through simple movement, mudra and sound: Calling in your Lion’s Heart, 3rd chakra activation

12 PM lunch on own

2 PM summit labyrinth walk and Sacred Inner Masculine Activation

4 PM lake Siskiyou swim or quiet meditation and journaling

6 PM dinner at Hestia’s outside dining area

7 PM evening circle: Share, witness and support

Friday:

8 AM breakfast

9 AM opening circle: Easeful streaming in stargate energy through simple collage and watercolor: Calling in your Lion’s Heart, 5th chakra activation

11 PM lunch on your own

1 PM hike in Pluto’s caves and Sacred Inner Feminine Activation

4 PM crystal Lake water swim or quiet meditation and journaling

Saturday:

8 AM breakfast & pack up personal lodging

9 AM closing circle: Gratitude ritual and Solo Lion’s Heart Practices

12 PM Depart

**Please let me know about your dietary and accessibility needs. We will be doing some short hiking on trails that are uneven, a cane or hiking poles and solid shoes will help give that extra support, if needed.

Meals: First night communal potluck (bring a dish to share), bring simple breakfasts (boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit), lunches on your own, two dinners provided, bring heavy protein snacks for our field trips, a large water bottle and to-go mug with tight-fitting lid for tea/coffee.

Packing: Bringing an item to share for first night potluck dinner. Refrigeration is available. Ceremonial clothes, beautiful colors & small things to add to your room and circle spot for your comfort and pleasure, bathing suit, swim shoes and beach towel, bath towel, toiletries, hot weather clothes (hat & sunscreen) & down jacket for summit hike (Maybe snow?), water bottle, hearty protein snacks, journal & collage items, personal items for the ceremonial yurt main alter (crystals, photos, ancestor items, symbols, etc.)
